- Assist with AIA billing and internal billing coordination
- Generate purchase orders; track receipts in Silco’s software programs
- Track permit status and material deliveries
- Issue deposit/progress invoices
- Monitor project job ticket lifecycle
- Schedule technicians using Salesforce, Outlook, and Procore
- Project setup & administration including entry of project into project management tool
- Assist with customer communications and scheduling calls

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. (Various other computer programs will be used, but training will be provided)

- Experience/certification in Procore, Salesforce, or Sedona is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
