Set an example for staff in conduct, grooming, and appearance.
Respond to resident emergency alarms, assess situations, and call for ambulance if needed.
Assist with new employee orientation and perform other related duties as assigned.
Perform assigned cleaning and laundry duties, report equipment issues to Maintenance.
Maintain building security through alarm systems and regular security checks.
Foster a positive, friendly atmosphere through professional communication with residents.
Set up and participate in activities planned by the Activity Director.
Reports damaged or inoperable equipment, furniture and fixtures to the Maintenance department.
Respond to resident requests, assess problems, and perform minor maintenance (e.g., unplug toilets, reset breakers).
Answer phones, book guest meals, schedule in-house appointments, and record incidents.
Monitor front door security, ensuring all visitors are signed in as required.
