Join Veritas Steel as a Welder and play a vital role in producing bridge girder components. The position combines welding, fabricating, and assembly operations that demand precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet high production demands. You will ensure quality and safety while contributing to critical infrastructure projects, and you must adhere to company policies for a safe work environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Welder starting pay is $24.57‑$28.05 based on shift, paid weekly. The 1st shift runs from 5 AM‑4:20 PM Monday‑Thursday, the 2nd shift from 4:30 PM‑4:30 AM Monday‑Thursday, and the weekend shift from 5 AM‑5 PM Friday‑Sunday. Employees receive double time after 50 hours worked in a week.
