We work in partnership with our clients and end‑users to deliver 24/7 services to the highest standard, minimizing impact or disruption to day‑to‑day school operations. This collaborative approach ensures reliable and safe electrical services across all sites.
- Perform planned and preventative electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose and replace failed domestic electrical components.
- Respond to breakdowns quickly, following the Safe System of Work.
- Carry out electrical installations per design and IET Wiring Regulations.
- Test and inspect installations according to current IEE wiring standards.
- Monitor and order critical spares for all electrical services.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met across the contract.

- Fault‑find and problem‑solve domestic electrical systems.
- Hold City & Guilds 2365 (parts 1‑3) or equivalent BTEC/NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Knowledge of BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
- Experience in electrical maintenance, distribution, installation and testing.
- Understanding of Electrical Systems and Electricity at Work Regulations.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Capability to work independently and use initiative.
- Membership in Amey Affinity Networks for diverse communities.
