Participate in acquisition activities to support IT & Security processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at both ECS and our Operating Companies
Attend regular conference calls with EMCOR IT & Security
Provide leadership for both ECS IT teams and the IT teams at our 50+ geographically diverse Operating Companies
Lead multiple complex projects often with competing priorities and timelines
Ensure compliance with EMCOR IT SOPs
Assist in establishing the IT strategy for ECS in areas like cloud technologies, security, and governance
Manage ECS infrastructure, business continuity and disaster recovery, and support functions
Deliver excellent support to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service
Ensure that ECS IT strategies and projects align with the business goals of EMCOR

Experience implementing IT and Security initiatives (think Cortex replacing CB)
Ability to travel as business need arises
Exceptional communication skills, written and oral; capable of leading meetings in a professional manner
High level of experience with Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Hyper-V, Entra, Azure, and Sharepoint required
Experience with MDM, ITSM & ITAM
Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
Bachelor’s degree in related IT and / or business area
Ten (10) years of progressive IT experience in areas of support, infrastructure, and / or architecture in a complex environment with at least 3-5 years management experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Experience with core IT infrastructure components such as virtual environments, SANs, NAS, LANs, WANs, and VPNs
Experience with multiple cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Google
Proactive change agent skills with competent follow through
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST and CMMC a plus
Prior experience managing personnel
Expertise with high availability and scalability concepts
Excellent personnel management and coaching skills
Excellent organizational skills and self-directed, yet able to follow direction if needed
Able to work with executive teams as well as technical teams
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Demonstrated high level of professional experience with Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Hyper-V, Entra, Azure, and Sharepoint required
