Support all phases of strategic acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and investments from inception to integration.
Assess key issues and impacts on risk and valuation.
Review strategic fit and rationale of opportunities for leadership.
Perform complex financial modeling and analysis to support negotiations.
Analyze acquisition business metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate potential transactions.
Maintain tactical involvement throughout the acquisition process and monitor industry trends.
Present M&A information, metrics, and reports to internal committees, senior leadership, and the Board.
Develop and improve tools used in M&A processes.

Prior M&A experience.
Proficiency with Power BI.
CFA designation or candidacy.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of acquisition valuation techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
