Foreman - High-End Homes

Description

• Scheduling trades.
• Will work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site management of trades and staff.
• Deliver architecturally designed renovations, extensions and new build homes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience at Site Foreman level.
• Trade qualified carpentry background - Certificate III Carpentry
• Demonstrated experience of delivering high-end luxury home builds from start to finish.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.

Benefits

• Project values range from $1m up to $5m.
• 15th year of trading.
• Salary between $120,000 and $140,000 plus super.
• Busy business who can offer progression to Project Manager level for the right applicant.
