Must be able to communicate with Project Manager, Fabrication shop, clients, supervisors and other inspectors regarding specifications and qualifications.
High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to complete written reports in a timely manner.
Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.
Write Weld Procedures – not required, but preferred.
Candidates must have the ability to read and understand written specifications for work orders.
Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively.
All candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be capable of interacting with all levels of personnel on the project.
API 1104 Certification
Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment to include the ability to gain access to elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
All candidates must possess extensive knowledge of industry standards including API 1104 as well as being familiar with relevant NDT techniques and their applications.
Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodations, which permits employee to conduct investigations.
Knowledge and experience with quality/inspection processes such as VT, MT, UT, PT, RT, quality procedures and quality audits.
Qualified individuals must be able to read and understand company safety policies and programs.
Knowledge of welding symbols, the ability to read and interpret fabrication mechanical drawings.
