Onboard - Implementation Manager

Description

• Welcome new customers and properties to Onboard by facilitating a timely kick‑off.
• Manage customer expectations so actions are clear and ROI is evident to portfolio stakeholders.
• Project‑manage multiple rollouts of new tech amenities to multi‑family residential properties and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Update owners, providers, internal resources, and vendors on project status and challenges.
• Serve as an expert on Onboard products, services, customer personas, and proptech to align business needs and generate renewal quotes.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing & Operations to send resident communications at implementation milestones.
• Execute with exceptional attention to detail, using data‑driven financial projections and strategic recommendations.
• Meet or exceed core CS KPIs such as time‑to‑value, days to project completion, onboarding satisfaction, and other evolving metrics.
• Maintain accurate account records, a clean project roster, notes, and reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer success, support, project management, or education.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, audits, and financial performance basics (xls, csv, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and professional communication skills.
• Competency in agility, empathy, curiosity, proactive problem‑solving, and tech.
