- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications to determine the necessary tools for machining operations.
- Follow established Siemens procedures to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
- Utilize material handling devices, such as Jib & B/C cranes and forklifts, to load and unload parts from machines, assisting crane operators as needed.

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in CNC operations, with specific expertise in machining, welding, laser applications, and coating machines.
- Ability to wear a respirator and pass a Process Operator Proficiency Test, along with standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests.
- Skills: Proficient in CNC operation, loading/unloading workpieces, adhering to QA protocols, performing complex metrology, and interpreting complex drawings; strong shop math skills.
- Preferred Certifications: Active fork truck/crane license or the ability to acquire it immediately upon selection; Career Readiness / Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status.
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
