Provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for major civil infrastructure projects from concept through delivery.

15+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including project management and leadership roles within a consulting environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Strong understanding of Canadian civil engineering standards, municipal guidelines (e.g., MMCD), and regulatory processes.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, and HEC-RAS.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
