Inside Sales Representative

Description

• Preparing quotes for equipment based on customer input
• Using the selection programs provided by our manufacturers to select and configure equipment for design and quoting to contractors
• Preparing submittals for equipment sold
• Detailed tracking of the order process
• Advising customers with the proper application and selection of the equipment we sell
• Entering orders for the equipment sold by the Outside Sales Engineers
• Assisting customers with technical support on our product lines and maintaining good working relationships through verbal and written correspondence
• Managing the virtual files for all projects in which assigned salespeople are involved

Requirements

About the role: We are searching for an Inside Sales member for our office in Hawaii. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering. The ability to communicate well and work with others is essential, as this position will interact daily with multiple internal and external teams.

• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills
• Must be extremely detailed oriented
• Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) is preferred but will consider equivalent job experience
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering
