Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or shipping-related issues.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if applicable).
Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with company and carrier standards.
Load & Unload, sort, and organize incoming freight, ensuring items are handled with care and accuracy ands stored properly.
Coordinate with carriers and shipping companies for timely deliveries and pickups.
Maintain accurate inventory records, updating logs and databases, as necessary.
Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized.
Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Oversee the organization and upkeep of the yard and factory to ensure a clean, safe, and functional workspace.

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
A strong safety-first mindset, ensuring all tasks are performed with care and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Safety steel/composite toed shoes are required.
Proven forklift experience, both indoor and outdoor (propane experience preferred).
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
