Support key stages of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Represent Holtec at career fairs, community events, and campus engagements to promote the employer brand.
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists II & III with high-volume, hard-to-fill, or strategic hiring initiatives.
Draft and finalize offer letters, ensuring all compensation details and employment terms are aligned with internal approvals.
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for frequently recruited roles.
Assist in partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Coordinate closely with HR and hiring managers to support a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Contribute to HR and Talent projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Assist in ongoing improvements to recruiting processes, documentation, and standardized templates.
Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications and interest.
Utilize various sourcing channels; online platforms, networking, referrals; to identify potential candidates.

Familiarity with enterprise-level HR or ATS platforms (SAP, ADP, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative/support roles (internships included).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
Experience supporting recruitment in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or campus outreach.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
