- Assist in performing air monitoring for asbestos abatement, lead, and mold remediation activities under direct supervision
- Support the preparation of reports and memos by organizing field data and documentation
- Log field data, site conditions, and project-related issues for review by senior staff

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- AS or BS in physical sciences, industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sciences, or related science or engineering fields
- Additional accreditations for asbestos, mold, or lead
- 0-1 year of experience in a related field; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and be medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to FRA-regulated random drug & alcohol testing
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Basic oral and written communication skills; ability to document field notes clearly
- Must be willing to travel to and from job sites within the NJ/NYC area
- A minimum of one core certification is preferred (e.g., EPA/NYSDOL Air Sampling Technician or EPA/NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector)
- Working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel)
- OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Construction Safety certification
- Must be available to occasionally work night or weekend hours and/or extended shifts beyond 8 hours
