The role assists with interview preparation and drives proactive pipeline management within Oracle Sales Cloud. It also oversees the handling of regional project and staff résumé data, coordinating with support staff. Additionally, the position works closely with the corporate Marketing and Communications team to execute marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, award submissions, client events, white papers, presentations, conferences, and public‑relations activities.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) sector, specifically in marketing, pursuit, proposal, or business development functions. A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, professional or technical writing, political science, English, or a related field is required, though equivalent professional experience is acceptable. Proven ability to develop and author proposals, with a deep understanding of RFP and proposal development processes, is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign—is preferred. The role also requires working knowledge of Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Experience in capture planning, strategy development, and implementation within the A/E/C industry is advantageous.
