Provide SCADA database support for new site works, including I/O reviews, PI Tag compilation, primary alarm builds, and 4G commissioning assistance.
Manage group mailboxes and central request repository for network diagram amendments, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Line manage a team of nine cartographers, including workload allocation, training, development, and performance reviews.
Act as the escalation point for cartography incidents and ensure SLAs are achieved.
