What you would be doing

- Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations and local requirements.
- Attend to changing of locksets and keys duplication.
- Maintain proper maintenance documentation and tracking of machinery/equipment spare parts.
- Carry out PPM Schedules as necessary, the plan works order as required, and provide feedback to develop the system.
- Identify spare requirements and log usage.
- Assist with the moving, installation, and repositing of machines and equipment.
- Estimate the length of time required to complete a job and the likely consequences of failure to complete work within the required timeline.
- Ensure a safe working environment exists for self and colleagues, ensuring all health, safety environment and quality management procedures are followed and achieved the company and department KPI targets.
- Assist in the development of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Attend to defects and breakdowns as well as tenants’ requests on maintenance matters.
- Reporting on equipment malfunction regarding repair or replacement work, breakdown root cause and concerns to management.
- Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage
- Ensure all lost time, and minor and trivial accidents are reported.
- Perform regular maintenance/servicing duties to ensure the proper functioning of building facilities, machinery, and equipment.

- Able to communicate effectively with people at various levels
- Basic knowledge and management of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Basic knowledge of checking and managing the Chiller and Cooling tower
- Able to commit to shift work (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays)
- Minimum NITEC in building services / M&E with relevant working experience in retail / commercial / hospitality properties.
