Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), at least one year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic knowledge of trades such as carpentry, drywall, and make‑ready work.
The role requires physical ability to walk, climb, lift up to 50 lb, operate various tools, and work outdoors in all weather conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
