Description

The Branch Manager directs all branch activities, including sales, administration, warehouse, and shop operations, while managing the profit and loss statement and ensuring financial performance aligns with corporate goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, performance reporting, implementing operational procedures, and fostering collaborations across the organization to drive efficiency.

• Oversee both exempt and non‑exempt staff, including training and mentoring.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a minimum of five years’ supervisory experience, preferably in sales and account management with general contractors. Required skills include strong P&L management, excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and preferably knowledge of insulation products; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience accepted.

The role is safety‑sensitive, requiring local travel of less than 25%, prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Physical abilities such as hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and strength are essential.

• Minimum five years supervisory experience, preferably in sales/account management with general contractors.
• Strong P&L management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
• Proven negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred knowledge of insulation or related material products.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (<25%).

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 and includes a base plus bonus package.
