Your journey starts with a short video call screening. Selected candidates will be invited to an assessment day with group activities and practical challenges. Successful applicants will secure their place on our 2026 Industrial Placement Programme.
June - September 2026 – aligned with your university’s placement year schedule.
You’ll spend a full year working as part of a project team, gaining insight into every stage of the construction process. This placement is all about learning by doing – whether that’s supporting with procurement and cost management, helping coordinate design information, or assisting site management with day-to-day operations.
