Collaborate with trade contractors to resolve insurance discrepancies or deficiencies
Order insurance certificates for municipalities or special project requirements
Coordinate with project teams and brokers to obtain project-specific Builder's Risk quotes, bind policies, and ensure timely issuance of coverage documentation to owners and required parties
Enter and maintain accurate data in the company's insurance dashboard system
Confirm trade contracts are released, and all necessary insurance documents are on file.
Support company-wide initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Maintain accurate records of all Builder's Risk policies, endorsements, coverage periods, and valuations, including updates for construction value changes or project milestones
Upload insurance certificates, track expirations, and follow up with vendors to ensure ongoing compliance
Assist in the claims process related to Builder's Risk losses, gathering documentation, communicating with adjusters, and tracking resolutions to ensure timely and fair outcomes.
Track and manage all aspects of Builder's Risk coverage for assigned projects, ensuring continuous and appropriate coverage limits throughout construction phases

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance is highly preferred.
Insurance designation highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
