

We are partnering on a high impact GTM Recruiter role reporting directly to the Head of GTM of a fast growing software development firm. This person will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting across sales, marketing and customer success.
We're looking for someone who will own recruiting strategy, execution and closing for the revenue organization during a period of rapid growth. A background in early-stage or Series A/B startups is ideal, along with deep experience in GTM hiring efforts in high-growth organizations.
Being the first dedicated GTM Recruiter, you will work closely with founders and senior GTM leadership. having the ability to scale the revenue organization alongside the growth of the company. You will have the opportunity to build and own GTM recruiting from the ground floor.
