

End-to-end property management for multifamily, single‑family, commercial and storage assets in Tennessee.
The technician diagnoses and completes work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, performs routine maintenance such as painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry, and handles apartment turnovers and make‑ready tasks. They also keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and functional, participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies, maintain accurate records, and follow safety procedures and company policies.
Volunteer Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its apartment communities in Nashville, TN. The role supports daily operations, maintains the property's physical integrity, and ensures a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Candidates must hold an EPA certification or have HVAC experience, possess at least two years of maintenance experience—preferably in multi‑family settings—and have working knowledge of building systems. They must be able to lift up to 50 lb, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance, and demonstrate strong communication and time‑management skills, passing background and drug screening.
