Acquisition Manager

Description

• Oversee all data acquisition operations and expand the team and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Create capital‑expenditure budgets with cost justifications.
• Develop proposals and pursue new business opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and acquisition subconsultants.
• Maintain equipment and facilities.
• Conduct pre‑acquisition planning, coordination, and integration.
• Perform readiness, safety, and post‑acquisition reviews and document outcomes.
• Document customer requirements and coordinate logistics for remote acquisitions.
• Provide timely and accurate labor reports.
• Forecast and update ongoing project costing and deliveries.
• Assist Production and Engineering to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 + years management experience.
• 5 + years experience in data acquisition (terrestrial, mobile, aerial LiDAR, aerial imagery).
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• B.S. in Geography, GIS, or related field preferred.
• Flight operations experience with rotary, fixed‑wing, and UAV platforms.
• Prior military experience preferred.
• Experience with electric transmission preferred.
