- Leadership and Mentorship: Review the work of less-experienced team members, providing guidance and ensuring robust, reusable, and efficient designs. Assist in the transfer of knowledge through Documenting and sharing best practices to less experienced colleagues within the team teams.

- Create Functional Specifications: Managing functional specifications for projects ensures that programs and configurations are applied correctly to create effective solutions.
- Collaboration with business analysts, architects, technical experts, and software vendors on solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the applications. Collaborate with both internal and external resources to execute work effectively, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Power BI, PowerApps) and AI technologies is added advantage.
- Ability to remove obstacles and deliver results within planned timelines and proactiveness in improving functional delivery processes, such as documentation, automated testing, and innovative configuration methods.
- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite), especially in Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP), Supply Chain, and Warehouse (OM, PO, WSH, WMS) modules.
- Proven track record in managing complex applications and leading implementation projects.
- Extensive experience in gathering requirements, documenting the SDLC, and designing IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of manufacturing plant IT systems.
- University, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
- Lead smaller business impact and IT improvement projects, taking full accountability for project outcomes. Regularly monitoring and communicating project status to the team and stakeholders will ensure transparency and keep everyone informed. Ability to manage expectations, meet deadlines, and handle multiple engagements.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and familiar with Oracle R12 and architecture.
- Proficiency in developing test scenarios, implementing system solutions, and leading system testing and issue resolution.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve application and systems problems, ensuring Innovation in functional delivery process improvements, such as documentation, automated testing, and configuration methods. Demonstrated skills in multitask management in fast facing work environment to meet Customer demands.
- Proven professional experience preferably with a manufacturing company.
- A strong sense of accountability, with the ability to own projects and deliverables from the Plant IT team.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP best practices.
- Having can-do attitude to deliver results according to the requirements from Business and BU IT.
- Proven ability to integrate into a team and build relationships with senior leaders, managers, developers, testers, DBAs, and other IT stakeholders (GPVs and Client IT organization).
