Proven professional experience preferably with a manufacturing company.
A strong sense of accountability, with the ability to own projects and deliverables from the Plant IT team.

Proven ability to integrate into a team and build relationships with senior leaders, managers, developers, testers, DBAs, and other IT stakeholders (GPVs and Client IT organization).
