- Because crew leaders are expected to transport materials and tools to and from projects, a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
- Available for work within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Some experience as a supervisor or team lead
- Willing and able to commute within greater Seattle area
- Solid customer service and communication skills
