We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic People Insights & Systems Manager to lead the integration of workforce analytics and digital platforms. This new role is pivotal in enabling data‑driven decision‑making and enhancing the employee experience and safety performance. The successful candidate will establish a cohesive People Data Strategy, optimise system capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across the entire employee lifecycle.
In this role you will shape and deliver the people‑data and systems roadmap, integrate and optimise people systems for seamless data flow, and produce actionable workforce analytics such as dashboards and predictive models. You will champion data governance, apply human‑centred behavioural insights to understand engagement, performance and safety trends, and lead cross‑functional teams aligned with broader digital transformation. Building capability, fostering innovation, and providing clear reporting for executive decisions are also key responsibilities.
Ideal candidates bring proven leadership and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with experience establishing data, analytics, and systems teams and defining operating models. Proficiency in BI tools like Qlik and familiarity with SQL, Python or similar languages are required, as well as a strategic mindset that turns data into actionable insights. Strong analytical storytelling, knowledge of large data environments, ETL processes, and a relevant degree in analytics, data science, computer science, commerce or economics are essential.
