Complete filter changes
Ensure the tiles are cut and installed to precise specifications and that they meet quality standards
Complet ing general maintenance of door/window hardware
Inspect/repair interior/exterior elements i.e., walls, sidewalks, etc.
Monitors work of contractors/external service providers to ensure adherence to contract specifics and company/industry standards
Remove existing floor coverings, clean, and level the surface

Previous handyperson experience is an asset
Knowledge of tiling designs and installation techniques.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous tile setting experience – 1 year
Ability to operate hand and machine cutting tools.
