Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of client needs, becoming an expert on CoStar’s information and marketing tools such as LoopNet, and owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training and renewals. The role also involves delivering in‑person product demonstrations, providing market insight to stakeholders, and representing CoStar at industry events and networking functions.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in selling commercial property services, technology, fintech or analytics platforms, and will have demonstrated ability to maintain and grow accounts over 3‑12 month cycles. Required skills include strong communication, presentation and objection‑handling abilities, excellent organisational capabilities, a consultative selling style, and a degree or equivalent experience.
