Develop, implement, configure, and program SCADA and plant control systems for water and wastewater facilities including RTU, PLC and HMI equipment
Coordinate with utility staff, contractors and other engineering firms
Support continuous improvement for quality control and programming execution
Function as a mid-level PLC and HMI programming specialist under general supervision
Optimize process control loops
Provide customer support, maintenance and troubleshooting
Participate in factory testing, startup and commissioning of control systems

This opportunity will be based out of our Phoenix, AZ office.
5 - 7 years experience in PLC, RTU, SCADA and HMI programming.
Excellent communication skills, self-starter, work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Direct experience with various communication protocols to include but not limited to: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, DNP3.
System Integrator experience is preferred
Consulting and Water/Wastewater experience is preferred.
Direct experience with Modicon and/or Allen-Bradley PLC programming.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or equivalent.
Direct experience in SCADA programming with VTScada, AVEVA Intouch or System Platform, FactoryTalk View SE or ME, Red Lion, GE Proficy iFix or similar experience.
Direct experience in writing control narratives and/or operator’s manuals.
