  • Managing, validating, and updating asset register data in accordance with Defence requirements.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and synchronisation of asset data with Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).
  • Providing asset data advice and support to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to verify and integrate asset data for estate works, maintenance, and project delivery.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in asset data management processes and tools.

  • Qualifications or experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Financial Data Management.
  • Certificate III/IV in Business or Data Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in asset data maintenance, administration, or database management.
  • White Card and site access credentials (desirable).
  • Asset Management System Training Certification (desirable).
