HVAC Installation Apprentice

Description

As an apprentice you will remove and install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, and work closely with the installation department to deliver timely and accurate installations. You’ll observe experienced technicians, ask questions, and actively seek feedback to develop your HVAC skills.

• Minimum qualifications: prior hands‑on mechanical experience, valid driver’s license, clean background, strong customer service, independent judgment, task organization, teamwork, safe tool use, commitment to company values, basic computer skills, reliable attendance, English fluency, weekend/holiday availability.
• Preferred qualifications: residential HVAC installation experience, ServiceTitan experience.
• Physical demands: navigate tight crawlspaces and ladders, lift 100+ lbs multiple times daily, precise hand‑eye coordination.
• Safety requirements: use PPE, work in outdoor conditions, handle electrical, chemical, and environmental hazards.
