Collaborating with Sales Operations and Commercial Management to define, refine, and share best practices across the region
Partnering with Central Marketing to drive high-quality lead generation
Leading, coaching, and mentoring Sales Managers across all villages within the assigned region (North or South)
Conducting regular competency framework assessments for all sales team members, identifying strengths and development needs
Championing the proactive use of key sales and marketing systems and tools, including COINS and Sherpa
Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, trends, and progress against regional targets
Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve targets, including a minimum of three sales per village per month
Championing the Inspired Villages proposition, ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Commercial Director and other key stakeholders
Collaborating with Marketing and Operations to create and execute tailored sales and marketing plans and budgets for each village
Implementing regular training programmes to improve competency framework scores across the region
Attending sales and marketing events within the region as needed to drive quality lead generation
