Collaborating with internal teams including Management, Design, Sales, and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure all pricing and project information aligns with commercial and technical requirements.
Attending site visits as required to assess progress and maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Producing comprehensive cost, value, and reconciliation reports for each project.
Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and associated project works within set deadlines.
