We have an immediate opening for a Builder Coordinator who will work directly with the Business Development team in the homebuilder division to service our builder accounts. The primary focus of the role is new‑construction scheduling for large national and regional home builders. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve issues that arise during or after installation.
Key responsibilities include interacting with builders to schedule flooring installations, reviewing jobs entered by the production team for accuracy, and confirming that products arrive in time to meet the builders’ schedule. The coordinator also works with builders and field managers to schedule punch work and maintains lot folders containing all pertinent information.
Ideal candidates have experience in home building or a strong desire to learn the industry, coupled with problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to read and interpret house plans, schedules, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive customer‑service approach are essential.
