The M&E Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual issues on main contract as well as sub-contracts connected to the project.
Responsible for preparing progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
Produce pre-tender estimation, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of project documents.
Responsible for pre- & post-contracts administration and control.
Source for suppliers and request for quotations.
Conduct tender exercise such as selection of bidders, tender documentation, evaluation of tender submission and award of contract to successful bidder.
Conduct survey works during project tender stage.

Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
Experience in civil infrastructure project is an added advantage.
