Preparing designs for municipal road reconstructions, water/sewer systems, site grading, and stormwater management
Collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines and budgets
Prepare tender and contract documents, including specifications, quantities, and construction estimates.
Participating in studies, assessments, modeling, preliminary and detailed design using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Bentley MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads.
Mentoring junior engineers and technologists as needed
Contributing to reports, drawings, and other engineering documents
Supporting proposals preparation
Communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors under supervision
Providing engineering and technical expertise on multi-disciplinary projects

Familiarity with municipal and provincial transportation design standards
3-7 years of experience in municipal/transportation design engineering, with some consulting experience would be an asset
Understanding of highway geometric design principles, grading, and drainage.
