Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of competence in the area of technical report writing related to NEPA compliance as well as other types of technical reports and regulatory (Federal, State, local) permitting documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with the resources and regulatory agencies in the western U.S is a requirement.
B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Science, Planning or Natural and/or Cultural Resources Management or related field from an accredited university.
State and Local Environmental Permitting
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Minimum 4 years related consulting experience in a wide variety of areas ranging from leading and managing technical teams, project management and business development, and must also be able to effectively balance their direct and indirect utilization rates.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required to develop and maintain relationships.
Proficient with GIS and excellent writing skills.
