Execute bid day assignments.
Visit job sites periodically.

As a student at PCL, you will have challenging work assignments in a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional growth. We are seeking an Estimating Student for the BC Region district in Kelowna, within our Canadian Buildings Division, for a 4‑month term starting in May 2026, reporting directly to the Estimator.

In this role you will support innovative infrastructure projects that shape the future of your community. The position offers hands‑on experience with estimating processes and interaction with project teams.

Demonstrate strong desire to work in construction; prior field experience is a plus.
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and drafting software.

Benefits

Compensation: $21.73–$26.65 per hour, based on student’s terms and role.
