Description

• Regularly engage in knowledge-sharing sessions, ensuring the team is updated with the latest.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing management of Oracle eBusiness Suite, ensuring alignment with the company's IT strategy and business objectives.
• Lead the technical design, configuration, and optimization of systems, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solution enhancements that meet broad organizational needs.
• Maintain open communication regarding development statuses and challenges to ensure team cohesion and collective accountability.
• Review system performance, proposing and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency, functionality, and user satisfaction.
• Support and develop functionalities for Oracle R12 across all environments.
• Foster inclusive solution design processes, valuing inputs from all organizational levels.
• Conduct comprehensive unit testing, considering system integration and data dependencies.
• Ensure code readiness for deployment and maintain clear, transparent deployment instructions.
• Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to less experienced staff.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials; conduct training sessions to boost system understanding and end-user competence.
• Uphold and enforce best practices and established development methodologies.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and sharing of best practices across teams.
• Responsible for compliance with company and site safety policies.
• Collaborate with the Integrations Team for both existing and prospective system integrations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience with Oracle modules, including configuration and administration strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle systems strongly preferred.
• Certifications in Oracle EBS Payroll and HRMS are highly desirable.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience across various enterprise modules, including but not limited to PA, GL, AP, AR, CM, and HR.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Expert in web development framework.
• Expert knowledge in programming languages and coding principles and procedures.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT).
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building and collaboration.
• Ability to obtain applicable certifications.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data analysis tools strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 8 years required.
• Possess expertise in Oracle technologies such as OAF, ADF, Workflow, AME, and more.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Showcase experience in Shell scripting, BI Publisher, Report writing, and SQL/PL-SQL optimization.
