  • Project Financial Management: Oversee end-to-end accounting for large, customized projects, including cost tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • ERP & Systems: Manage project accounting modules in ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan, CFIN).
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with project and commercial teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide financial insights to project directors and senior leadership.
  • Reporting: Deliver timely financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.
  • Risk & Control: Identify risks, implement controls, and recommend process improvements.
  • Revenue Recognition: Apply ASC 606 / IFRS 15 for long-term contracts, milestone billing, and percentage-of-completion methods.

  • Have a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Have strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS, especially revenue recognition.
  • Hold a professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Demonsrate experience in project accounting or finance within construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate xperience managing multi-million-dollar projects and ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan, CFIN).
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Have advanced knowledge of project accounting standards.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
