Electrical Hardware Engineer

Description

• Prepare detailed documentation, drawings, and technical reports for design reviews and approvals.
• Design, review, and optimize cable designs for complex electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the design process.
• Perform power evaluations, load calculations, and optimization studies to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cable and power solutions into larger system designs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, cable sizing tools, power analysis software).
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on cable design.
• Experience with high-voltage or specialized cable systems.
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems and energy efficiency strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in power system analysis and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work onsite 100% and collaborate effectively with team members.
