

Designs multimodal transportation systems that make walking, biking and transit safe, convenient, and enjoyable.
You'll help plan and design multimodal transportation projects ranging from urban streetscapes to signature trails. Using tools like AutoCAD or MicroStation, you'll produce high-quality construction documents and support projects through all phases, from concept development and public engagement, feasibility studies and concept plans to permitting and construction management. In projects, you will often serve as Project Manager, leading a team of designers, planners, and engineers to develop successful project solutions. You'll work closely with clients, communities, and a supportive team across the Midwest and North America to deliver infrastructure that makes a difference. This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home up to 2 days per week. The Columbus office of Toole Design opened in 2018 and is conveniently located in downtown Columbus on Broad Street, across from Capitol Square. The office is easily accessed on foot, by bicycle, via transit, or by car.

We are targeting a salary range of $98,500 to $108,000 for this position.
