- Participate in estimate reviews and presentations as appropriate
- Perform and review methodology for quantity takeoffs from design drawings and develop conceptual quantities to supplement partial design documents
- Develop contractor indirect based on project schedule and other estimated parameters
- Support risk analysis assessment by identifying areas of risk
- Develop and perform analysis of project cash models and the corresponding time value of money as the cost of working capital correlating scheduled activities and cost
- Prepare basis and assumption documentation denoting rationale, inclusions and exclusions
- Produce capital costs estimates using various methodologies ranging from parametric to crewbased approach including formation of crews from multiple disciplines

- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and elements associated with Risk
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid
- 15+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction project management, construction management, field engineering and cost estimating
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Experience constructing and/or estimating complex fixed span and movable bridges
- Experience with takeoff software such as AGTEK, OnScreen Takeoff or Bluebeam
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and shortterm tasks simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office software #LIEH1
