Partner closely with Operations to ensure clean handoffs between sales and production.
Collaborative Partner: Works closely with corporate and franchise teams to unify strategy and execution.
Design and deliver scalable sales training programs that teach the “Bumble Way”, from lead generation to close.
Partner with franchise owners to develop localized sales growth strategies that align with Bumble Roofing’s national vision.

Willingness to travel up to 25% nationally to visit franchise markets and support in-field training.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and CRM utilization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable leading group trainings, calls, and workshops.
Proven success in coaching and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in home services, franchising, or construction industries.
Ability to analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvement plans.
Operational understanding of how sales impacts production, scheduling, and profitability.
