The Renewal Representative is responsible for managing and retaining recurring revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing Causeway customers. Your success will be measured on protecting existing revenue by ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal (Gross Revenue Retention). You will collaborate closely with teams across the business to ensure customers continue to gain value from our solutions and to unlock new growth from within your assigned customer base.
