- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering
- Manage and coordinate MEP design and installation processes for complex construction projects
- Implement sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions in MEP systems
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for MEP-related activities
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and project teams
- Develop and review MEP system designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays
- Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy efficiency in MEP systems
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Excellent project management skills, including budget and resource allocation
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP engineering and project management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
