Identify, evaluate, and implement best practices and new technologies to improve manufacturing performance, reliability, and competitiveness.
Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and execute site-specific improvement plans.
Facilitate cross-functional teams, Product Excellence, Innovation, and plants to ensure product changes/new products can be manufactured properly and efficiently.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across BBNA manufacturing facilities to enhance productivity, quality, safety and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Provide strategic input and analysis for capital budget allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ROI expectations.

Support the development and deployment of standardized processes and systems across all sites.
