Sales Manager

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Manager/Commercial position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing property trends, and aligning operations with customer needs. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee negotiations, manage sales campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in identifying and converting leads.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, client relationship management, and property market analysis.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
